 I was born in 1980 in Long Beach California - just like Snoop Dogg - but was raised in New Jersey until I was 14, when my family moved to Oregon.
I started in radio back when I was 15, in Sweet Home, OR. My first actual gig was assisting with play by play for the high school baseball games. It lasted only one game. I was taken off, after the coach’s wife raised holy hell at the station because I said on the air that he was incompetent to be a baseball coach and was the reason our baseball team sucked. Just bein’ honest. I continue to anger listeners to this day.
Other than working at over 13 radio stations, I was the tour manager for Dick Dale (You know the theme at the opening credits of “Pulp Fiction”? That’s Dick!) and also scored music for a few porn soundtracks (I’m serious. I am not kidding.).
